| Our main products are nylon and polyester functional jackets fabrics. The raw materials of the polyester fabrics are the extractives from the petroleum. The production started from this plastic particles then to yarn,weave,dyeing,memebrane and other finish. Please check the pictures,then you can see clearly the PRODUCTION processes. If we need to print we will dye the fabrics off white or natural white,if customers need plain dyed with other finish,we will do these treatments after the dyeing and inspection. Fabrics production are not same with other products we produce it according customers' requirements,different demands get different processes. Sometimes just dyeing finished can package,but sometimes after dyeing we still have 5 or 6 even more process to go on. But all we do is for you. |
